Sexy Halloween Costumes

Hey everyone! Tomorrow is October 1st! The Halloween season is upon us! For kids it's all sweet treats and games, so why not have a little adult version of the fun? I personally plan to pull out last years costume for my man pretty soon. It should make for some fun bedroom entertainment ;)

I was thinking about what to wear myself this year and I thought I might try to find something in keeping with my secret persona. What do you think?

I'm pretty partial to the first option ;)

My Thoughts:


I loved this collection! It was exactly what I wanted. Every story was captivating and seductive, focusing on the single-mindedness that makes obsession the perfect theme for erotica.


By far, my favorite story in this collection was Silent Treatment by Donna George Storey. I found myself being careful not to make a  single noise as I read it, and the tension that she built was incredible.


With names like Kayla Perrin, Portia Da Costa, and Katrina Wright this collection was just brimming with excellent reads! I give it a 5/5 rating.

My Thoughts:

Vanya is a kick-ass first and ask questions later type of character. In the beginning she doesn't have any ties to friends or family and even when she accepts the invitation to become a Grimm she seems very wary of forming connections with her new "family" of sorts. 

Silence is such an intense character for me to read. A man who doesn't speak, except....

I don't want to give anything away, but I loved this story and I highly recommend it along with the rest of the Grimm Circle series. If you aren't familiar with the series. The Grimm are an elite group of guardian angels. Former mortal beings who have chosen instead of moving on to eternity, to become immortal and fight the demons roaming earth, protecting humans. Some of the Grimm have been around for hundreds of years, and the stories of their lives have been transformed into fairy tales that we know very well. It's always fascinating to see how Shiloh Walker takes these fairy tales and molds them into something new and dark to show us where these guardian angels got their start.

I absolutely love the entire Grimm's Circle series, and this book was no different. Shiloh Walker does an incredible job of creating a society of angels that I personally cannot get enough of. The only complaint I have is that each story isn't a complete novel. There is so much information and backstory, I would love to read more about each character. Each story can be read on it's own, but I would recommend reading them all in order if you haven't read any. The characters are sometimes introduced in earlier books and some, Will especially, have continuing stories. I love reading a series that gets me so caught up I feel like I know the characters somehow.

I cannot wait to see what comes next in this series!

A year older...

So I know I haven't been around for a while. I had a birthday! Last year I blogged a lot and did a give away and basically made so many plans that I got tired at my birthday, so this year I dropped off the face of the earth :)

So maybe not exactly, but I did take an extra two days off work which meant five says of uninterrupted time with J-man. My basic goal was to do whatever the hell I wanted :)

We went to the movies, went for a nice dinner, went to visit my family, and slept in 4 of the 5 days. It was exactly what I needed. So now I am refreshed and recharged. I'm hoping that this half-week will be productive for me, and I have a few reviews that will go up in the next two weeks. An erotica collection, a remote controlled sex toy, and an e-book. So it's not like I have nothing to do :)

I'm going to try and catch myself up on some blogs, but let's be honest. I'm not going to get to it all. Did I miss anything big?

Also, I'd kinda like to do a Sexy Swap. Would anyone be interested? If so, comment and let me know. I'll start putting a plan together.
